About

Like a deep breath for skin in distress this lightweight, oil free treatment helps calm inflammation and control skin’s sebum levels making it ideal for acne-prone and congested skin. This silky solution is infused with skin-soothing Niacinamide to help reinforce the skin’s barrier and keep moisture in. Niacinamide has also been shown to speed skin cell turnover, lessening the appearance of fine lines and fading dark spots and discoloration.

Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3, which acts as part of a co-enzyme in stimulating metabolic reactions. [1]

Key Ingredients

Niacinamide helps to support ceramides in skin, reinforcing the skin’s natural barrier and reducing moisture loss. The anti-inflammatory properties of Niacinamide can work to calm acne inflammation. Some studies have shown that it may help to control pore size and sebum production reducing the likelihood of acne. [1,2,4] Nicainamide has also been shown to speed cell turnover, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and reduce hyperpigmentation. [3] It contains properties that can help to protect against environmental stressors and UV damage.

When choosing our ingredients we choose a pure form of niacinamide which contains less contaminants and has increased anti-inflammatory properties.

I purchased this for my son who is 15 years old and after using it for a week it has done such a great job clearing up the acne on the side of his mouth. The other products he tried could not help clear up the acne and he was getting so frustrated. So happy to have found Skin Chemistry.

Helped to clear up my pimples quickly

    Alison

I use this when I see a pimple pop up and it does a really good job of clearing it up without drying my skin and it does so quickly. I have tried so many other brands and they all dried out my skin so this product is very refreshing.

Works well - using as a spot treatment

    Lily

I don’t really get too many breakouts, I get a few here and there so my cousin recommended I try this product. I have only been using it for a short time and I am only using it as a spot treatment but so far it seems to be helping those pesky little breakouts that I get. Once I have been using it for a longer period of time I will be able to report back on more details but so far it seems to be doing the trick.

    Really liking this acne solution

    Leslie M.

This acne solution is quite nice, light weight, no fragrance and non-drying. I get little breakouts when it’s “that time of the month” and this product has helped to clear those up, and quickly.

    Effective product & not drying

    Kate

This acne treatment is quite refreshing. I have tried many types of acne treatments in the past and they have all been very drying but Skin Chemistry’s acne solution is the opposite, it is wonderful, not drying and works very well, plus my skin has still remained soft.

    Helping my adult acne!!!

    Kate

I have been struggling with mild adult acne mainly on my forehead for about a year now and I have tried so many different products and nothing seemed to work so I decided to give this acne solution a try. So far I have to say it is working, the blemishes are starting to clear up and I am not seeing any new ones returning. I also like how it is light weight and not harsh on my skin.

    Great Product!!

    Marci

This serum is amazing! It is the first time I used a serum to help fight acne and this product definitely does what it says. I tried other products that my Dermatologist has prescribed and none of them worked like this serum, and they were all pretty costly.
My breakouts have diminished significantly and my skin tone looks more even and the brown spots from old acne have started to get lighter. This is the best and price is amazing, so affordable.
